Rugby Club training never stops, being on or off the pitch, in season or out of season, a rugby player is always training something. Club training is once again preparing itself for the second half of the season, with the first games starting in March 2007.
Club training involves all teams, Ladies and Men train on the same night at the same ground, Juniors train earlier on a Thursday at the Allmend Brunau Sports ground when the pitch is open.

The Allmend Brunau is the home of RCZH. and is situated at the foot of the A3 motorway when driving through Zurich on your way to Chur. Nearby is the indoor sports centre and opposite the newly opened SihlCity Shopping Complex. Allmend is the place where all 5 teams welcome visiting teams throughout the season. Home games take place only on Sundays. Being on the outer part of town the Allmend Brunau is easy to get to, just follow the directions here or below to find your way to us.

by tram:
tram 13, till saalsporthalle, and there you are
by train:
zurich main station, go to track 1 (underground) take train there, which leaves every ten minutes (red train). the third station is saalsporthalle, the grounds are just there.
by car:
on highway from chur, take exit zurich brunau (after a tunnel just before zurich) after the traffic lights, there is a parking on the left under the bridge, leave your car there. cross the river and on the left-hand side, you will see the grounds.
en voiture:
au sud c'est vers Chur e le nord c'est la ville de zurich. Au milieu tu trouve "Zurich-Brunau". Si tu arrive en autoroute, justement avant zurich il y a un site de construction (un tunnel ou tous les deux direction sont redirectionnee dans le meme trou..) apres il y aurat une grande courbe a droite et justement apres une sortie.. tue prends la sortie et justement apres les feux il y a un parking a gauche (sous le pont). laisse la voiture la.. en pieds, travers le fleuve et tu es aux champs..
en train:
a zurich, gare central, puis vois 1 (au sous-sol) prends la train qui part chaques 10 minutes (le train est rouge) la troisieme station c'est saalsporthalle, les champs sont justement vis-a-vis la station..
en tram:
tram 13, jusqu'a saalsporthalle, et voila..

by public transport:
Tram 9 or 14 or train until Bahnhof Wiedikon, on one side of the tram tracks there is Wiedikon train station, take the road which is going in the opposite direction. You end up at a massive junction, take the pedestrian subway to the opposite side and you are at the Sihlhoelzi athletics tracks.
by car:
There are a lot of parking spots nearby. A map of the location is provided here, the ground is exactly in the center of the map.
